1. Current scope

These Terms govern use of the public LoveYouItaly editorial website. The website currently provides information, articles, destination pages, and clearly labelled demonstration tour pages. It does not accept booking requests, card payments, deposits, or online purchases. Stripe is not active.

Every page labelled DEMO – DEMONSTRATION ONLY is a non-purchasable example and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Its displayed schedule, price, itinerary, image, and operating details are synthetic test data. Sending an ordinary email or contact enquiry does not create a booking or travel contract.

2. Operator

3. Editorial information

We prepare content with care and date source reviews where practical. Opening hours, access rules, transport, weather, local charges, prices, and institutional policies can change. Travellers should confirm time-sensitive information with the official provider before relying on it. External links are provided for convenience and do not make the linked website part of LoveYouItaly.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse and share normal links to public pages. You must not attempt to access private accounts or documents, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, or scrape the site in a way that disrupts service.

5. Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, the LoveYouItaly name, original text, layout, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. Normal personal, non-commercial reading and linking are permitted; republication or commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis.

We may correct, update, suspend, or withdraw editorial content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Cancellation, future bookings and payments

The current demonstration tours cannot be booked, so no travel contract is created and there is no booking to cancel through this website. Before any request-to-book or payment function opens, LoveYouItaly will publish separately reviewed commercial terms covering the actual contractual role, product-specific cancellation rules, changes, supplier responsibilities, pricing, taxes, complaints, mandatory consumer rights, and the applicable confirmation/payment process. These pre-commerce Terms must not be treated as those future commercial terms.

9. Law and mandatory rights

This pre-commerce editorial website does not accept bookings or payments. Before any commercial launch or publication of real bookable tours, the dispute, ADR, consumer-forum and full commercial terms will receive qualified Italian legal review. Italian law applies without limiting any mandatory protections.
