Exterior viewing is free. Since 2 February 2026, entering the inner perimeter costs €2 for non-residents; eligible residents, children under six, disabled visitors with one companion, licensed guides and valid MIC Card holders are exempt with proof. Entry is from Via della Stamperia; exit is toward Via dei Crociferi. Normal inner-area opening is Monday/Friday 11:30–22:00 and other days 09:00–22:00, last admission 21:00; maintenance dates can start later. Advance tickets are open-dated, not timed reservations.
The operator reports steps into the inner perimeter. Strollers can be left temporarily at the control point without a custody service; confirm individual access needs with the operator.
