The operator publishes a €3 full ticket, not a voluntary donation. Opening is Tuesday–Sunday 09:00–20:00 through the bar above the museum; closed Monday, 25 December and 1 January. Groups and schools must reserve at least one month ahead. Primary-school pupils and their teachers/companions, and disabled visitors with companions, are admitted free; secondary pupils pay the full ticket while their teachers/companions are exempt.
Basement room accessed from the Taverna degli Alpini on the bridge; steps, not wheelchair accessible.
