LoveYouItaly aims to make its website usable across keyboard, mobile, zoomed, and assistive-technology contexts. We use semantic headings, visible focus states, labelled controls, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, and reduced-motion support where the current theme provides it.

The current internal review has verified representative desktop and mobile pages for layout and horizontal overflow. A complete independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed, so we do not claim total compliance. The final public origin should be tested against the applicable EN 301 549/WCAG requirements, including keyboard-only use, focus order, contrast, forms, error messages, zoom/reflow, screen-reader names, and document accessibility.

Please identify the page and the problem without sending sensitive personal information. Response target: acknowledgement within five working days and a substantive response or remediation plan within ten working days.

Known limitations: No complete independent accessibility audit has yet been performed. The site includes contact and newsletter forms, account sign-in and private account areas. Demonstration tours are not bookable and payment is not active. These interactive areas remain part of the continuing accessibility review. Any reported barrier will be reviewed and prioritized before commerce.

Review method: Internal review of representative editorial pages on desktop and mobile, followed by final public checks for navigation, zoom, headings, links and responsive overflow. Accessibility feedback will not be used for marketing.
